Laguna Beach Parent Teacher Association Council is responsible for assisting and supporting all Laguna Beach Unified PTA units and modeling best practices. Council provides organizational support to four units: Top of the World PTA, El Morro PTA, Thurston Middle School PTA, and Laguna Beach High School PTA.
